Disclosed is a structure for installing a submarine pipe. The structure for installing a submarine pipe according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a catamaran hull connected by an upper deck having a through-hole and a submarine pipe installation portion inserted into the through-hole to be installed. The submarine pipe installation portion includes a body having one portion inserted into the through-hole; an accommodation unit prepared inside the body to vertically accommodate a plurality of pipes; and a work unit for connecting the pipes accommodated inside the accommodation unit, while vertically descending the connected pipe into the sea.
