The purpose of the present invention is to provide a beer chicken roasting machine, and the bear chicken machine of the present invention comprises: a roaster body (10) including a heating chamber (11) therein; a rotation plate module (20) in which a plurality of rotation plates (24) are supported in a plurality of upper and lower-directional support bars (22) and arranged in parallel with each other in an upper and lower direction, wherein the rotation plate module is erectly installed at the roaster body (10) by a support shaft to be able to rotate, and wherein a chicken holder (4) including a beer storage bath therein is loaded on the rotation plate (24); a rotation driving unit (30) installed at the roaster body (10) to rotate the rotation plate module (20); and a burner assembly generating heat for heating an object to be roasted, which is loaded on the rotation plate (24) of the rotation plate module (20).
