METHOD FOR SIMULTANEOUS ANALYSIS OF VITAMINS BY USING LIQUID CHROMATOGRAPHY

The present invention relates to a method of simultaneous analysis of two or more types of vitamins using liquid chromatography. The method comprises: (A) a step of preparing a sample solution containing two or more types of vitamins; (B) a step of injecting the sample solution into the liquid chromatography column having a stationary phase non-polar column; and (C) a step of applying a mobile phase organic solution and aqueous solution. Thus, the method of the present invention may quickly separate vitamin components of various types and may exhibit superior performance of separation, and therefore, can be valuably used in the analysis of the sample containing multiple vitamin components.
