PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for simultaneously and continuously analyzing thiol compounds in which oxidized thiols and reduced thiols of thiol compounds can be analyzed simultaneously, continuously and easily.;SOLUTION: The method for simultaneously and continuously analyzing thiol compounds includes: separating oxidized thiols and reduced thiols of thiol compounds; reducing the oxidized thiols to convert them to reduced thiols; derivatizing them with a fluorescence derivatization reagent such as pyrene; and analyzing excimer fluorescence originating from the derivative, and thereby enabling simultaneous, continuous and easy analysis of the oxidized and reduced thiols of the thiol compounds.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
