The fermented bitter melon juice is made by fermenting bitter melon well known as vegetable insulin with probiotic strain and is multi-purpose drink that provides the effect of anti oxidation and bowel cleaning as well as inhibiting activity for amylase and glucosidase related to the metabolism of carbohydrate.
