The present invention relates to a method for repairing cracks and applying overall pavement on a concrete and asphalt road, and more particularly to a method for repairing cracks and applying overall pavement on a concrete and asphalt road, for a purpose of performing overall paving when overall pavement is required because damages including partial damages are formed over comparatively large range of a concrete and asphalt road, including: a first step of cutting out and removing a deteriorating surface by using a surface cutting machine; a second step of repairing a crack; a third step of applying high speed hardening epoxy and spraying silica sand; a fourth step of forming repair pavement material by apply high speed hardening epoxy mortal, which is obtained by mixing high speed hardening epoxy with silica sand of the mesh of 4 to 40 at the volume ratio of 1:2.5 to 1:5, to an overall area while making the thickness of 2 to 8 mm; and a fifth step of applying urethane to the overall surface to allow the urethane to inflow between particles of the silica sand of the repair pavement material and promptly spraying silica sand to allow heat and moisture to be discharged through the urethane.
