The present invention relates to a photovoltaic power generation system with an inverter having properties of low noise, low vibration, and long lifespan by applying a high-performance heat sinking system. More specifically, the invention provides a photovoltaic power generation system which includes: an inverter, which supplies electrical energy generated by solar power by converting the electrical energy into alternating current, with remarkably reduced noise and vibration generated when a cooling fan turns by improving the structure of an inverter door, and improves the efficiency of the cooling fan and other internal components by lowering the temperature of air supplied through the cooling fan, thereby lengthens the life and improves the performance of the inverter for stably operating the photovoltaic power generation system. The photovoltaic power generation system according to the present invention has remarkably reduced noise and vibration of the inverter, does not have overload or overheating of the internal components, is capable of maintaining the temperature inside a main body at a constant temperature, thereby improving the efficiency of the internal components, extending the life span, increasing the lifespan of the inverter for at least two times, improving the efficiency and the life span of the photovoltaic power generation system, and remarkably improving the productivity and economic feasibility.
