Safety glasses according to the present invention comprises a left eye lens, a right eye lens, a glass frame for movably supporting the left eye lens and the right eye lens, a switch part which is arranged at the glass frame and turns on/off due to the movement of at least one of the left lens or the right lens, at least one light source which is placed at the front portion of the glass frame and turns on/off in connection with the switch part, and a power part which is arranged at the glass frame to connect to the switch part and supplies power to the at least one light source.
