The present invention includes a cable member installed in groove portion formed on the road surface which consists of the first cable making up the sensor measuring the vehicle data or the second cable extended from the sensor, a buffer unit installed in the groove portion to cover the cable member, and an interrupter which supports the buffer unit and prevents the water from contacting with the cable member.
