According to an embodiment of the present invention, the present invention relates to a small-sized medical robot using an external magnetic field, comprising: a robot body; first and second supporters which are coupled at both ends of an upper part of the robot body; a drill which is coupled to a lower part of the robot body and vertically disposed to the first and second supporters; a first magnetic which is formed at any one of the first and second supporters and generates a magnetic field gradient and a uniform rotating magnetic field by an external magnetic field to control operations of the first and second supporters; and a second magnetic which is formed at the drill and generates a uniform rotating magnetic field by the external magnetic field to control an operation of the drill.
