The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of gimbap using spicy red pepper and gimbap manufactured by the method which comprises: a spicy red pepper ingredient manufacturing step of manufacturing a spicy red pepper ingredient by adding pepper and edible oil to ingredients made by mixing spicy red pepper, spicy green pepper and carrots and frying the same; a seasoning mixing step of putting seasoning agents and powder seasoning mixed with dried powders into the spicy red pepper ingredients and frying the same again; a cooling step of cooling the red pepper ingredients mixed with the powder seasoning; a mixing step of scattering black sesame on rice and mixing the cooled red pepper ingredient with the rice; and gimbap manufacturing step of manufacturing gimbap by spreading the rice on a dried seaweed and rolling the same where the ingredient of the gimbap is manufactured by using red pepper ingredients and powders of natural ingredients, and the gimbap is manufactured by mixing the ingredient of the gimbap with rice and rolling the same on the dried seaweed, thereby satisfying customers who like natural spicy taste and leading to good metabolism of customers, relieving stress.
