The present invention relates to a multilingual interpreting and learning system using a wireless transceiver. The present invention provides a multilingual interpreting system using a wireless transceiver, wherein the multilingual interpreting system comprises: a transmitter for receiving inputted interpreted voice data of an interpreter who interprets speeches of participants in an international conference, and converting and transmitting the inputted interpreted voice data; and a receiver including a first receiver for receiving the voice data transmitted from the transmitter and providing the voice data through one receiving side speaker, and a second receiver for individually listening to a plurality of voice data respectively outputted from the transmitter through each of converters. According to the present invention, when a conference or a seminar is performed in multiple languages, speeches of a speaker are interpreted, and participants can listen to interpreted contents in a desired language.
