The present invention provides a novel method and kit for identifying a place of origin of deer antlers, on the basis of DNA amplification of a deer antler sample per each place of origin by a pair of primers, a complementary bond with a double labeled LNA probe and amplified DNA, and Tm measurement using FMCA. According to the present invention, deer antlers made in China, deer antlers made in New Zealand, deer antlers of Elk, and deer antlers made in Russia as premium deer antlers can be identified in a simple, rapid, accurate, and specific manner at low costs. Particularly, the present invention has an advantage of an easy and precise result analysis due to increase in a difference of a Tm value corresponding to each place of origin of deer antlers using a double labeled LNA probe. In addition, four types of identification for a place of origin can be achieved using only one probe inside one reaction tube, with a simple test and high economic efficiency.
