SYSTEM FOR PROCESSING POT-HOLE DATA OF ROAD PAVEMENT USING VEHICLE COMMUNICATION NETWORK, AND METHOD FOR THE SAME

The present invention provides a system and a method for processing pothole data of a road pavement using a vehicle communication network which can collect an image of a pothole, and notify pothole data for porthole repair by using a pre-constructed vehicle to infrastructure (V2I) communication network of a taxi or a bus which can constantly cover a wide-range road. Additionally, while a pothole recognizing vehicle is driving on the road, the vehicle collects an image of a road surface of a road pavement to firstly recognize whether a pothole is present, and a pothole management server compares and analyzes the pothole data for an identical spot transmitted from the pothole recognizing vehicle to secondly recognize whether the pothole is present to determine whether the pothole should be repaired quickly and accurately.
