A freshness retaining agent extracted from angelica root, fine resin, microphyll, lacquer, houttuynia cordata, dried orange peel, and angelica, comprises: 10-14 wt% of Na, 8-13 wt% of Mg, 0.1-2 wt% of Al, 15-21 wt% of Si, 2-4 wt% of S, 6-9 wt% of K, 25-30 wt% of Ca, 0.001-0.5 wt% of Mn, 0.1-0.5 wt% of Fe, 0.08-0.15 wt% of Sr, and the remainder consisting of water. A synthetic resin packaging container is manufactured by a step of coating a solution wherein 3-10 wt% of freshness retaining agent and 20-40 wt% of an acrylic resin are diluted with water on a synthetic resin sheet and the synthetic resin sheet vacuum-formed to make a surface of the synthetic resin sheet on which the solution is coated to be an inner surface of the container. An anti-fogging agent can be utilized instead of the acrylic resin. The synthetic resin can be manufactured using polyester (PET), polypropylene (PP), or polystyrene (PS) as a raw material. The desirable thickness of the solution coating layer coated on the synthetic resin sheet is 10-30 m.
