According to the present invention, provided is a portable burner for removing a surface layer of a stone material, which comprises: a mixed conduit having a first pipe and a second pipe which are arranged in parallel, and a mixed pipe wherein an end portion of the first pipe and an end portion of the second pipe are inserted, wherein oxygen flowing through the first pipe and combustion gas flowing through the second pipe flow as mixed gas through the mixed pipe; a gas diffusion unit connected with the mixed conduit, and having an internal space to diffuse the mixed gas; an injection nozzle connected to a bottom portion of the gas diffusion unit to inject the mixed gas to a surface layer of a stone material, and enabling a flame generated by ignition of the mixed gas to remove the surface layer of a stone material; and a support unit having an internal space wherein a portion of the gas diffusion unit and the injection nozzle are accommodated to be supported.
