The present invention includes: a fire induction unit which removes remaining moisture in dried lavers; a first grill which is installed in front of the fire induction unit including multiple first and second heating rollers which rotate in opposite directions from each other and are arranged alternately in the longitudinal direction; a second grill which is installed in front of the first grill including third and fourth heating rollers which are separately installed in the longitudinal direction, wherein the third heating roller arranged in the upper side rotates counterclockwise, and the fourth heating roller arranged in the lower side rotates clockwise; and a laver cutting unit which is installed in front of the second grill. Both sides of multiple lavers which are continuously supplied from the fire induction unit are grilled uniformly by passing between the first and second heating rollers alternately in an S shape; and become flat by passing between the third and fourth heating rollers linearly in the second grill. The present invention can eliminate the constraints of an installation place by reducing the size and the length of the apparatus, and provides a manufacturing apparatus for sushi-only lavers capable of increasing the texture of sushi by improving on the soft texture of the laver with an enhanced unique taste of laver while not reducing the unique taste of sushi, and a manufacturing method, and sushi-only laver manufactured thereby.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
