The present invention relates to polymer nono-fibers having a photocatalytic activity in the visible light range and a preparing method thereof. The method includes the steps of: (a) preparing polymer nano-fibers; (b) preparing two or more types of solutions to coat the polymer nano-fibers; and (c) coating the polymer nano-fibers with the solutions. According to the present invention, the nano-fibers having the photocatalytic activity can provide a mat which has a dual bonding structure by sequentially coating substances having different function, has the photocatalytic activity by using the combined reaction of the coated substances in the visible and ultraviolet range, and has a large surface area to have excellent moisture and air permeability and protect a wound from bacteria. Also, the nano-fibers can be utilized in various fields such as medical material fields like tissue engineering, artificial blood vessels, and wound dressing, chemical or biological protective clothing, filters, purifying agents, sanitary equipment, polymer batteries, sensors, composite fields such as reinforcing materials, etc.
