摘要

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing titanium dioxide photo catalyst doped with dopant is provided to widen the applicable area of photo catalyst by doping plenty of dopants to titanium dioxide powder.;CONSTITUTION: Titanium dioxide powder is mixed with a doping solution and is stirred(S110). The mixture solution undergoes ultrasonic wave treatment(S120). The ultrasonic wave treated reactant is decompression-filtered and is washed using a washing solution(S130). The washed reactant is dried to obtain doped titanium dioxide particles(S140). The doped titanium dioxide particles are thermally treated under nitrogen atmosphere(S150). The doping solution is the mixed solution of 2M sulfuric acid and hydrogen peroxide. The volume ratio of the sulfuric acid and the hydrogen peroxide is 8:1 to 12:1.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
