1. A method of performing a layered elongated element (10) having a cross-sectional shape to withstand bending and having a local reinforcement of the joints, including performing one or more metal sheets (68) according to the shape of one or more selected parts of the element, placing one or more metal sheets ( 68) between curable flexible layers (66) to form a layered assembly and curing the assembly to form a reinforced member. 2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the curable flexible layers (66) comprise carbon fibers and are impregnated with a binder. The method according to claim 1, wherein the metal sheet (68) is made of titanium. The method according to claim 1, in which the operation of performing metal sheets (68) includes performing two or more metal sheets (68) according to the shape of the selected part of the element, the operation of placing metal sheets (68) further includes applying a bonding film to the surface of the first metal sheet (68) and placing the second metal sheet (68) adjacent to the bonding film. 5. The method according to claim 1, in which the operation of performing metal sheets (68) includes performing two or more metal sheets (68) according to the shape of the selected part of the element, the operation of placing metal sheets (68) further includes placing two or more metal sheets (68) adjacent to each other with one another, one or more curable flexible layers (66) are placed between adjacent metal sheets (68) .6.
