The solution precursor containing one or more sol-gel precursors of the metal and / or semimetal sol-gel precursor, a polar protic solvent and a polar aprotic solvent, said precursor solution forms a gel after application of shear force thereto, and said polar aprotic the solvent contained in said solution in an amount of from about 1 to 25 vol.%. 2.
