FIELD: personal use articles.;SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of medical equipment, is intended for teeth cleaning and characterises a toothbrush. The electric toothbrush comprises a drive unit, a spring unit, a toothbrush head unit and a toothbrush head shaft element. The drive unit includes a battery and a DC electric motor. The DC electric motor has a rotary driving shaft passing from it and having a free end mounted so that to enable rotation in the support element. The drive shaft has an eccentric section positioned close to the free end. The spring unit passes from the eccentric section and includes a spring element that has two positioned alternating when the eccentric section rotates. The spring unit includes a sole spring that moves alternatively between compression and extension during operation. The toothbrush head shaft element has a bracket element attached to it and passing from it. The bracket element is additionally attached to the spring element; during operation, oscillatory movement of the toothbrush head shaft occurs due to rotation of the eccentric section of the drive shaft associated with alternation of the two positions of the spring element. The toothbrush head unit has bristles, is mounted on the toothbrush head shaft and is intended for cleaning the user's teeth.;EFFECT: invention enables extension of the available range of toothbrushes where the eccentric section of the drive shaft is used for excitation of the spring element and creation of the required resonance oscillatory movement of the toothbrush head.;6 cl, 7 dwg
