FIELD: machine building.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, and can be used to restore the rubbing connections of internal-combustion engine of the diesel-generator plant (ICE DGP) of locomotive. Under the method restoration is performed without disassemblage of the wear details of ICE by application of the anti-friction layer to the restored surfaces in anode-cathode circuit, when ICE is used as cathode, and locomotive generator with current converter is used as current source, ensuring direct current in anode-cathode circuit un range 10…2000 mA. The anode is dissolving combined anode made out of located in series starting from surface layers of zinc, copper, copper-graphite, graphite, that are arranged at ICE input in flowing part of the lubrication system, lubricant is current conducting ion-generating liquid with additives, its temperature during restoration process is maintained within range 80-90°C for half of time period from start of the restoration process, and then within range 50-60°C till process completion.;EFFECT: invention increases resource and durability of ICE DGP tribosystem.;3 cl, 2 dwg
