FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to pharmacology, and describes a method for detecting 99mTc-ciprofloxacin radiopharmaceutical fixation to bacteria consisting as follows . A sterile bottle is added with a bacterial culture 1 ml, 99mTc-ciprofloxacin 0.37 MBq/ml (the ciprofloxacin concentration is of 4 mg/ml in the prepared radiopharmaceutical) pre-filtered with an attachment filter for a syringe of a pore diameter of 100 nm. The produced suspension is incubated in a thermostat at 37°C for a period of time specified by investigators. Once the incubation period is completed, the radioactive bacterial suspension is taken into a sterile syringe and passed through an antibacterial attachment filter for syringes having a pore diameter of 200 nm; the filter is washed in 0.9% NaCl 10 ml, and the filter and bottle residue radioactivity is measured with the washing solution in a radiation meter.
