The masks - frame has a rectangular shape and has a central region, which forms a rectangular receiving opening. The number of the flat part - masks is in a function of the width of the receiving opening of the masks - frame and the width of the flat part - masks determined. The total width of all of the flat part - masks plus the widths of the column is located between them is greater than or equal to the width of the receiving opening. This arrangement is useful in the case of the implementation of an increase in the size of the mask for vapor deposition of the diode and facilitates further comprising the application of steam, of the organic material.
