The present invention includes: a plurality of carriers; a protective rail; and connectors that are inclined to interconnect the carriers and the guard rail at certain intervals such that impact energy absorption capacity can be improved by preventing impact energy from acting directly on the carriers in a direction orthogonal to the guard rail.
