The present invention relates to a process for the injection of a product in the context of an intervention, said process providing the following successive steps of: - drilling of a zone of the skin of a patient by means of a needle (1) having a sharp tip at its distal end (1a), said needle comprising a bore which extends between an upstream opening and a downstream opening out into said distal end; - to be introduced into said bore by said upstream opening of an injection nozzle (3) which has at least one injection orifice (4); - sliding of the cannula of injection to the - addition of the distal end (1a) until the injection orifice (4) opens into a zone to be treated located under the skin; - injecting the fluid substance in said zone to be treated by means of the cannula of injection (3).
