An electroacoustic conversion device (1) comprising a first electrodynamic loudspeaker (5A) having a first membrane (13A) and a first wire coil (15A), - a magnetic circuit (9) comprising at least one magnet (27) permanent and defining a first gap (23A) adapted to receive the first coil, the magnetic circuit being adapted to channel closed magnetic field lines (29) passing through the first air gap, and - at least a second electrodynamic loudspeaker (5B) having a second membrane (13B) and a second electrical wire coil (15B) separate from the first membrane (13A) and the first coil (15A). The same magnetic circuit (9) defines a second gap (23B) in addition to the first gap, the second air gap being adapted to receive the second coil and being adapted for said magnetic field lines to pass through the second gap.
