A fixable device to deter seagulls and other birds from nesting between chimney pots comprises a rigid sheet, e.g. PVC, folded at three lines A, B, C, to form four sections comprising two mounting flanges and two inclined sections forming a triangular peak to eliminate the flat surface between chimney pots preventing birds nesting. The two outermost sections have semi-circular cutouts to accommodate the chimney pot and include fixing holes 1-4. The device is adjustable to accommodate various chimney pot spacings with the final angle of bend and height of the apex dictated by the distance apart between chimney pots.
