PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon dioxide application facility for efficiently applying carbon dioxide to leaf portions of crops and an application method for the same, which is related to a method for growing crops in a house or the like, where a plurality of mobile culture beds or mobile water culture panels are placed on a cultivation aquarium in the house.;SOLUTION: There is provided a carbon dioxide application facility and an application method for the same, where an agricultural air conditioner, an exhaust fan, and the like are installed around a cultivation aquarium placed in a house so as to flow the wind over the cultivation aquarium in a certain direction; a plurality of mobile culture beds and mobile water culture panels are placed on the cultivation aquarium; a carbon dioxide application port connected to a solenoid valve is installed on the windward side of the cultivation aquarium, and whereby carbon dioxide application can be controlled by opening and closing the solenoid valve; the application time is controlled by a timer and excessive application is suppressed by a luminometer in a cloudy or rainy day; the application can be controlled by the carbon dioxide concentration of a carbon dioxide concentration meter installed on the leeward side of the cultivation aquarium; and carbon dioxide is intensively applied to leaf portions of cultivated crops by an individual control or a combination of controls, and whereby a proper amount of carbon dioxide necessary for photosynthesis can be supplied.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
