PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the promotion of commodity sales by making points given at the time of commodity purchase usable for commodity purchase as well.SOLUTION: The present invention comprises: a total purchase price calculation unit for calculating the total amount of purchase price inputted to a purchase price input unit; a point calculation unit for calculating points of a prescribed return rate to the total amount of purchase price of one or a plurality of commodities whose amount of money is high among the purchase price inputted to the purchase price input unit; a point assignment unit for converting the points calculated by the point calculation unit into the amount of money and assigning it to the purchase price of other commodities bought by a customer at the same time; a charge amount calculation unit for subtracting the purchase price of other commodities assigned by the point assignment unit from the total amount of purchase price calculated by the total purchase price calculation unit, and calculating the charge amount; and a point aggregation unit which, when there are excess points resulting from the assignment of points to the purchase price of other commodities by the point assignment unit, adds up these excess points to the points in a point account.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
