PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel DNA aptamer useful for diagnosis, treatment, metastasis prevention or the like of lung cancer.;SOLUTION: There are provided a DNA aptamer that has a nucleotide sequence shown by a specific sequence and is specifically bound to a non-small-cell lung cancer cell, a composition containing a DNA aptamer for detecting a lung cancer cell, a kit containing a DNA aptamer for detecting a lung cancer cell, a method for detecting lung cancer using a DNA aptamer, a detection method including: a process of bringing a DNA aptamer into contact with a sample collected from an organism which is selected from the group consisting of a lung cell, lung tissue, blood, serum, plasma, saliva, and sputum; and a process of detecting the existence of a lung cancer cell by observing response caused by a bond between the sample and the DNA aptamer, and a pharmaceutical composition containing a DNA aptamer for metastasis prevention or treatment of lung cancer.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
