A gas lead-out port 3, which is communicated with the pipe for leading out collected gas, is communicated with an upper end of the collection container A. The device has a water-level adjustment exhaust hole 6a, which is communicated with inside and outside the collection container, at a position lower than the gas lead-out port 3.
