PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for regulating the thermal conductivity of a hot-worked steel.SOLUTION: Provided is a regulation method having: a step of providing a hot-worked steel including a carbide component and Mo+W+V of 2 to 10%; a step of forming the internal structure of the steel in such a manner that the carbon constituting element has thermal conductivity higher than that of FeC; a step of selecting the surface ratio or volume ratio between the carbide component and the matrix material and thermal conductivity; and a step of setting the thermal conductivity at room temperature so as to be higher than 42 W/mK.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
