PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loop fastener that is hard to cause peeling between an adhesive layer and a loop fastener, and therefore prevents flame-retardant performance from being impaired greatly.SOLUTION: A loop fastener 1 with a flame retardance and an adhesive function has a hook-shaped 3 or a looped engaging element on the surface of a woven base fabric 2 having warp, weft and engaging element yarn comprising polyphenylene sulfide-based fibers, and has an acrylic flame retardance adhesive layer 5 in the back side through a layer 6 comprising polyurethane. The incombustible loop fastener satisfies conditions 1-4 as follows. (1) Heat-fusible fibers are further contained in weft in addition to the polyphenylene sulfide-based fibers, and the engaging element yarn is fixed on the woven base fabric by the fusion of the heat-fusible fibers. (2) The polyurethane is not infiltrated to the surface of the woven base fabric. (3) The polyurethane is the polyether-based polyurethane, and the layer thickness comprising the polyurethane is 20-55 μm. (4) The adhesive layer has bromine flame retardants and antimony trioxide, and the layer thickness is 300-550 μm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
