PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jacket which enables easy action in water.SOLUTION: A jacket which a person wears comprises floating bodies 17, 27 having a specific gravity such that the bodies can float on water, and a storage part 51a which stores bulletproof plates 16, 26. The floating bodies 17, 27 have a specific gravity by which a gravity force acting on the jacket of which the bulletproof plates 16, 26 are stored in the storage part 51a and a buoyant force acting on the jacket are balanced, or a gravity force on a combination of the bulletproof plates 16, 26 and the floating bodies 17, 27 and a buoyant force acting on the combination are balanced. Further, the jacket comprises a front part 10 and a rear part 20.
