PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire an elevator device capable of improving convenience of passengers by using a communication terminal.SOLUTION: An elevator device includes: a communication terminal (3) which transmits use information including information regarding a boarding floor based on an operation by a user, and as a reply with respect to the use information, which receives service information including the information regarding estimated arrival time of a plurality of elevators and displays it on a screen; and a server device (5) which, based on status information of each elevator received from a plurality of elevator control devices and the use information received from the communication terminal, which generates the service information including at least information regarding the estimated arrival time and transmits it back to the communication terminal, which predicts an elevator selected by the user, which generates an operation command for allocating a car at a boarding floor of the predicted elevator, and which transmits the operation command to the corresponding elevator control device.
