PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting force adaptive control method and system for predicting cutting force in real time and reflecting the predicted cutting force in adaptive control without monitoring cutting force.SOLUTION: In a method for generating a tool path of a machine tool in real time and sequentially outputting a cutting command while dynamically changing the same during cutting with respect to the machine tool, a work material is expressed by a voxel model and an actual cut thickness is discretely calculated to predict cutting force, and according to cutting force calculated from the predicted cutting force or a cutting torque, a cutting command is dynamically changed to sequentially output and a tool path is re-generated. A cutting command value is a tool feed speed. The tool feed speed is increased/decreased by feedback of a cutting load during cutting, so that adaptive control such as increase/decrease of a tool feed speed is performed according to a cutting load (cutting force) predicted in simulation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
