MANUFACTURING METHOD OF RUBBER WET MASTER BATCH AND RUBBER WET MASTER BATCH AND RUBBER COMPOSITION CONTAINING RUBBER WET MASTER BATCH

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a rubber wet master batch suppressing degradation of a rubber and excellent in rubber physical properties, especially low heat generating property and fatigue resistance with good efficacy, the rubber wet master batch manufactured by the manufacturing method and a rubber composition containing the rubber wet master batch.;SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a rubber wet master batch includes a heating process of conducting dehydration, dryness and plasticization of a filler-containing rubber coagulum at one process by using a single axis extruder. The single axis extruder has a screw having at least a mountain part and a valley part and an internal surface part facing to the screw as well as an outer cylinder housing the screw and satisfies 0.2≤H2/Dc≤12, where Dc is particle diameter of the filler-containing rubber coagulum when injecting to the singe axis extruder and H2 is a clearance from valley bottom face of the screw to the internal surface of the outer cylinder.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
