PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the use of a business system depending on a user's operation authority and education state.SOLUTION: An education management system 1 comprises a client 10 and a server 20 that are communicatively connected with each other via a network. The client 10 transmits a request input into an input unit by a user using a business system to the server 20, receives a response result to the request from the server 20, and displays the response result on a display unit 15. The server 20 receives a request from the client 10, and transmits a response result depending on the operation authority of the business system given to the user making the request and an education state including the expiry date of education in which the user participated, to the client 10.
