PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To visualize a situation of an organization, while suppressing increase in burdens of members of the organization.SOLUTION: An organization management device 1 is used along with a relaying device for relaying data between a first network NT1 constructed inside the organization and a second network NT2 constructed outside the organization, and visualizes a situation of the organization. The organization management device 1 includes: an acquisition section for acquiring a duplication of data relayed by the relaying device as duplication data from the relaying device; and an analysis section for analyzing a situation of the organization from the duplication data acquired by the acquisition section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
