Purpose. The purpose of this study was to describe the perceptions of alumni leaders from the MHR/MOD program at Fresno Pacific University about the frequency of application of leadership outcomes in Modules Two, Three, Seven, and Eight to their workplace setting.; Methodology. To complete this research, a random sample of 185 students from the MHR/MOD program at Fresno Pacific University was surveyed via a researcher-developed questionnaire including mean, frequency, standard error, standard deviation, and an open-ended question for each module.; Research questions. Four research questions were developed, with each pertaining to a specific module. The modules included the Organizations and Environments Module, Group and Organizational Behavior Module, Human Resources Administration Module, and Principles of Management and Supervision Module. The research questions examined to what degree of frequency learning outcomes in each module were applied by alumni leaders to their workplace setting.; Findings and conclusions. Based on survey responses, three learning outcomes were found to be “frequently applied” in the respondent's workplace setting including How Key Elements of Culture Impact Organizations, Effective Leadership Requires being Situational, and Interpersonal Communication. There were 24 learning outcomes that were rated as “occasionally applied.” No teaming outcomes were rated as “rarely applied” or “never applied.”; Recommendations. The author recommends elimination of five of the of the six learning outcomes in the Human Resources Administration Module and five of the eight learning outcomes of the Principles of Management and Supervision Module. More inclusion of leadership-oriented transferable skills training in the areas of simulations, role-playing, videotaping, communication, interpersonal, intrapersonal, critical thinking, processing skills, and technology should be added to the MBR/MOD program. Implementation of individual learning contracts should also be considered.
