PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control unit that can effectively dissipate heat generated in a power semiconductor element using an inexpensive power substrate, and drives a motor; the motor provided with the control unit; an electric power steering device provided with the motor; a vehicle provided with the electric power steering device; a conveying device provided with the motor; and an industrial machine provided with the motor.;SOLUTION: A control unit 19 is provided with: a power substrate 22 having a power semiconductor element 23 for driving and controlling a motor 5 on an upper face 22A thereof; and a heat dissipation cabinet 21 in which a lower face 22B of the power substrate 22 is fixed to the upper face 21A. The power substrate 22 is formed of a resin substrate, and has a heat dissipation via 24 formed from the upper face 22A to the lower face 22B. In a space between the lower face 22B of the power substrate 22 and the upper face 21A of the heat dissipation cabinet 21 in the lower surface 22B, a first thermal diffusion component 28 is mounted which is formed of a material that dissipates heat to the heat dissipation cabinet 21 and has high thermal diffusibility.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
