摘要

In this paper, a packaging design method for a 2-stage power conversion unit applicable to hydrogen and battery electric vehicles is presented. Among the various factors to be considered in packaging design of the power stack, the mechanical shape design process and the simulation method of the DC bus bar to meet the current density of the bus bar and the voltage spike of the power semiconductor are presented. The proposed method is verified by simulation results using Ansys Q3D and PSIM software.
