PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a socially vulnerable person, such as a physically handicapped person, a pregnant woman, a person with an infant, and an elderly person, to use a public moving vehicle, such as a railroad train and a bus, without inconvenience.SOLUTION: A system includes a non-contact IC medium detection reader in a doorway and/or a waiting area of a public moving vehicle, such as a railroad train and a bus. The system informs a passenger inside/outside of a vehicle and/or an operation manager of socially vulnerable person information, including a physically handicapped person, a pregnant woman, a person with an infant, and an elderly person, having a non-contact medium, wirelessly or with a wire for gentle and smooth getting on and off and in-vehicle moving of the socially vulnerable person.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
