LUBRICATING OIL QUALITY EVALUATION METHOD AND QUALITY EVALUATION DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating oil quality evaluation method with which lubricating oil quality can be successfully evaluated by estimating an RPVOT residual rate of lubricating oil with high accuracy, and a quality evaluation device for carrying out the method.;SOLUTION: A method for evaluating the quality of lubricating oil used in rotary equipment is provided which comprises: a step S10 of creating a calibration curve by performing oxidation degradation test in advance; a step S20 of filtering the lubricating oil with a filter; a step S30 of carrying out spectral analysis on the filter after filtration by using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy; a step S40 of calculating an oxidation rate on the basis of an absorption spectrum; and a step S50 of estimating a RPVOT residual rate corresponding to the oxidation rate on the basis of the calibration curve.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
