PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excessive intake determination device capable of simply determining excessive intake of foods and drinks by a target person, and to provide an excessive intake warning device with the same.;SOLUTION: An excessive intake determination device 10 is provided with: a biological information detection part 32 for detecting the heartbeat signals of a target person before and after the target person takes foods and drinks; and a determination part 38 which determines whether or not the target person excessively takes foods and drinks, on the basis of variation in index obtained from the heartbeat signals detected by the biological information detection part 32 before and after the target person takes foods and drinks.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
