The present invention relates to a compound having three activities of thrombolysis, antithrombosis and free radical scavenging, its preparation method, composition and application. A compound of the general formula I, wherein T, Q, R1 and R2 are as defined in the specification. The compound according to the present invention has three functions of thrombolysis, free radical scavenging and thrombus target / antithrombosis. The invention further relates to a drug composition comprising said compound, a method for its preparation and a nanostructure.
