PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide green leaf powder for food and drink suitable for intake when provided in a liquid form containing powder, and a method for improving intake of food and drink using the green leaf powder.SOLUTION: The invention provides green leaf powder for food and drink with a median diameter of 16 μm or more and an aspect ratio of 2.0 or less, green leaf powder for food and drink with a median diameter of less than 20 μm and a distribution constant n in the Rosin-Rammler equation of 1.6000 or more, and a method for improving intake of food and drink using green leaf powder that includes using these kinds of green leaf powder.SELECTED DRAWING: None
