PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a determination device of the relative position of a light-emitting element having high determination capability for determining whether the relative position of adjoining light-emitting elements is within a predetermined acceptable range.SOLUTION: A determination device of the relative position of a light-emitting element 30 includes an imaging part having a circuit pattern 36 adjoining both sides of a plurality of light-emitting points 34 arranged linearly, and imaging the circuit pattern 36 on the side close to each other in the adjoining light-emitting elements 30, out of a plurality of light-emitting elements 30 mounted on the board along the arrangement direction of the light-emitting points 34, and a determination part for determining whether the relative position of the adjoining light-emitting elements 30 is within a predetermined acceptable range 36, from the image of the circuit pattern 36 captured by the imaging part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
